    Great 1 bedroom, with nice light; terrible roach infestation
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Sunny, big bedroom, nice size kitchen, good living room.
    Cons:
    Roach infestation; and an irresponsive superintendent.
    Advice to owner:
    Ensure that roach situation has been controlled.
