Extremely spacious unit. Quiet block in good neighborhood. Short walks to trains and parks.
Cons:
EXTREMELY faulty heat during the cold seasons. Electricity goes out after 2 A/Cs are on simultaneously. Keep in mind this is a 3 bedroom with a huge living room. It definitely gets HOT in the summer. Pests, lots of pests (ants, roaches) and small cracks throughout the household where they can run and hide. Gates, and doors are all faulty. Do not let them blame you for something that was already on the verge of needing repairs!
Advice to owner:
Stop arguing late at night when people are trying to sleep. Stop assuming things of your tenants without an actual discussion. Ms Ada L. Orlando please stop being the most unpleasant person to talk to when tenants bring up any issues that they experience.
