Got better but issues remain
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, generally helpful supers, a lot of space for its price. Other people complain about roaches, but I never saw any since Elvis and Amela took over the building in 2020.
Cons:
Terrible soundproofing - one wall separating my apartment from the next one was put later (before that it was one unit) and is extremely thin; floors are very thin too. You can hear your neighbors all the time.

The radiators banging would occasionally get extremely loud, to the point I couldn't sleep at night.

Some neighbors were weird - an arrogant party guy (moved out later), at least three covid deniers.

The owner was hard to reach and didn't accept electronic payments.

Hallways could be cleaner and nicer.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and take better care of the building
