    It's okay but it's not good

    Pros:
    It's rare your neighbors cause you a problem. If you are nice and polite most people will be nice and polite to you back.
    Cons:
    Management will not turn on the heat in the building in the winter. My window cracked recently and I can only assume it was from extreme changes in temperature and a failure to update the infrastructure of the building.

    The "exterminators" management will send you do not try to plug any holes or stop any mice from coming in. They walk around with a big tank that they "spray?" and give you poison. I had to hire a private exterminator to get my mice and roach problem solved and haven't had pests in years but see other tenants sign up for pest control frequently.
    Advice to owner:
    Turn the heat on in the winters and please update your infrastructure so mice and roaches can't get in. Hire exterminators who actually clog the holes and stop the problems at the inception rather just walk around and hand you bags of poison.
