The area around the building is nice. Cheap rent
Roach infested, not enough heat in the winter. Water pipes freeze. Super and his family are very noisy. They smoke pot and drink in the basement. He also takes forever to fix something. When he does it’s half ass fixed.
Fire the super he is useless. The building would be better off without him.
