    Landlord is NOT present. Illegally rents out apartments.

    Pros:
    The block has great people.
    Cons:
    Front yard is disgusting, landlord does no work unless required. Look up their 311 complaints. Illegal tenant in basement. The illegal tenant is a DRUG ADDICT, and someone overdosed one day. Owner is Jimmy K Wong and another lady. They simply DO NOT CARE about the rules or quality of life on the block. STAY AWAY.
    Advice to owner:
    SELL THE PROPERTY AND BUY IN A DRUGGIE TOWN THAT DOESNT CARE.
