    Love the space, but has plumbing issues

    Pros:
    Large open living area and backyard. Responsive owner. Great location and schools
    Cons:
    Ongoing plumbing issues. Basement has flooded several times with both water and sewage. Individual issues are addressed, but pipes tend to be patched rather than replaced, leading to further issues.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire more professionals to do the work right the first time
