    Roaches, bad plumbing, not safe for women

    Pros:
    Location close to all
    Cons:
    Roaches infestation for many years. Door buzzer not working in top floor apts. mailboxes broken. Maintenance persons can't fix anything or says landlord too cheap to pay for fix. Landlord is bully to women. Building not safe for women
    Advice to owner:
    Sell to better owner
