    Good,large classic Brooklyn building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Clean, owner was friendly, large 1 bedroom, I felt very safe.
    Cons:
    Even though pest control came every month, the apt was overrun with roaches. Couldn't control heat...it was like living in the rain forest!
