    Community is nice area. Close to everything
    Cons:
    The cleanliness of the building and pests

    Pros:
    Across the street from the park. Great location. Mostly friendly tenants. Decent parking compared to other neighborhoods.
    Cons:
    Small and disgusting garbage chutes. Dirty floors. Not sure the super does anything. Laundry room can use an upgrade.
    Advice to owner:
    Get the right staff/personnel in here to take care of this place. Upgrade the laundry room.
