    Unit is decent, landlord is not

    Pros:
    Renovated unit with a lot of sunlight in safe neighborhood.
    Cons:
    Landlord has broken lease multiple times to include not following entry and pest control laws. They are dishonest and rude with tenants about other roommates and housing situation. The walls are very thin so noise travels easily.
    Advice to owner:
    Treat tenants as people and not just income
