    Noisy neighbors. Upstairs neighbors inconsiderate or noise at night

    Smoking inside apartment, smoke and smell flows to other apartments

    Cons:
    Roaches, Super is nasty. Garbage smells. Floors dirty . Try to ask super for something, he has price for each nail.
    Advice to owner:
    Find another super. He is a joke.
