Arguably the best land lord in the city
Pros
Location. Multiple food options, grocery stores, friendly neighborhood, close to the city by car, 2 blocks away from the subway, and the landlord is supper attentive and always cares for his tenants. Great guy When covid hit he reached out to everyone and offered flexibility on payments. Luckily we didn’t need it but it was nice to hear he cared
Cons
Parking and some apartments in the building are a little bit out dated but the landlord keeps them clean.
Advice to the owners
It’s time for little bit of upgrades to some apartments
