    Nice building but neighbors too noisey
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Hallway is clean and super is responsive.
    Cons:
    Noisey neighbor, the building is full of kids running in the hallway and their personal item is outside their door.
    Advice to owner:
    The lease specify no personal items in the hallway. Should execute that.
