    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - House was well maintained
    - Saw bugs here and there and a mouse once but that’s normal in nyc
    - Landlord was pretty chill and responsive
    - Never had issues with landlord or neighbors
    Cons:
    - Didn’t really like the apt itself, not landlord or anyone’s fault, just my personal preference
