Nice Place to live

Pros:
Great Prewar building
Cons:
Needs TLC but great bones, as an older building and a mix of owners the lobby and garbage room have always needed to be fixed up and not patch worked.
Advice to owner:
Minor updates and simple repairs, if they stop with patchwork and invest in painting and repairing it would be the one of the best places to live
