    Noisy and not clean

    Pros:
    Close to train, supermarket around the corner
    Cons:
    Building is filthy, garbage area stinks horribly, NO PARKING, neighbors are super loud its disturbing. The walls aren't insulated so it's very noisy.
    Advice to owner:
    Insulate the walls
