    Bad landlord

    Pros:
    Clean halls and nice superintendent
    Cons:
    Landlord is a polish guy who doesn’t care about anything else but his rent and that’s all. Doesn’t renovate apartments- except cheap work before you move in and forgets about maintenance during your stay. Forgets or neglects your requests, hiding behind lack of materials to do the job or lack of time. Threatened to one of his tenants during Covid. I heard him yelling baldly at her and she called police.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop tyrannized and oppress tenants. Work on old apartment and decent condition for tenants.
