Pros:
Almost no one bothers you.
Cons:
Infested, slow response from super, packages get stolen

Pros:
Super was very nice. Building was cleaned daily and in time.
Cons:
The bell didnt work my entire year working there. Laundry room would always break down. Roaches galore
Advice to owner:
Listen to the tenants more and help fix their problems not jus let them pile up and try to rush to get em done last minute
