Nice, updated amenities but small space w street noise

Pros:
Amenities are nice, including shower! Dishwasher runs well with no issues
Lots of light in the primary bedroom
Cons:
Noise from the street, the taxis parked outside, and the delivery drivers that hang out below your window is unbearable if you are a light sleeper. I sleep through most things, but occasionally would be woken up from a taxi in reverse (the steady beeping) or delivery drivers yelling. My roommate had to buy earplugs. The sirens going down Lex would make me question if the windows muffle the noise at all.
