The super in this building is a waste. Good for nothing!

Pros:
I like the apartment. Large rooms with lots of space.
Cons:
The super is not responsive. No pest control. There is absolutely no maintenance in the building. Hallways are dirty.
Advice to owner:
Change the super. People deserves better specially with such high rent.
