    small building; owners are responsive to requests for help when something breaks; each apartment controls their own heating which is convenient

    common areas/ hallways not cleaned;

    Pros:
    Owners live in the building and are responsive and friendly. Apartments in great condition.
    Cons:
    Since it’s such a small building, no one cleans the common hallways which are somewhat dusty.
