    Pros:
    1st floor apartment in a private house easy to move around since my husband is disabled due to previous work accident
    Cons:
    Landlord Ramy Ezer doesn’t address any issues presented to him. I. E. Drafts in the windows. Cold winter due to drafts and heat doesn’t always work. Seen two water bugs. Told the landlord he disregarded it as if bugs are paying my rent. Noise is horrendous. Their kids and the landlord and his wife walk like elephants in the second floor at all hours of nights week days weekend it doesn’t seem to matter. No respect for the tenants at all. But they love to collect the rent on a monthly basis. They don’t fix anything in the apartment.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix things in the apartment!!!
