Luxury building with gym and close to train station
Cons:
Neighbors are extremely loud and inconsiderate

Loads of potential if not for crappy tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern apartment, control my heat, everything electric, dishwasher and in-building laundry. Also nice to be able to pay my bill online.
Cons:
Management just sends emails asking people not to do things with 0 repercussions. - Seems like the only good floors are 6 and 7. - No windows in bathroom - Very thin walls. - Tenants are loud - Building smells like cigarette smoke - Vents have to stay on 24/7 to compensate for the cigarette smoke that comes into my apartment.
Advice to owner:
lol
