    Pros:
    The grocery store is very close to the building
    Cons:
    - Neighbors are nosy, and rude
    - Landlord did not respond to maintenance requests in a timely fashion
    - Heat in the winter time is on only half the time, A/C in the summer is an extra fee to rent
