    Slumblord owner all she wants is money

    No pros building is garbage
    Cons:
    Building thin walls neighbors are loud rude children running all sorts or hours owner does not care all she wants is money no no order on premises
    Advice to owner:
    Get control of your buillding its horrible noise conditions and you as a owner dont give a shit about your paying tenents
