    Pros:
    It's a private apt.
    Cons:
    Tiles in the bathroom was falling out cupboards are outdated.
    Advice to owner:
    Make your tenants feel comfortable you are a very rude lady who feels that tenants do not have voice.Whether or not you pay rent the does not care dhe takes you to court to evict you Gloria Pitt is set in her ways and wants to come into your apt every 3 months you have no access to the mailbox she hands you the mails it was a nightmare if the kids are plays or you playing music Gloria either calls on the phone or knocks the floor.
