    This place is crazy
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Owner is very responsive, he will try to help but building is too far gone
    Cons:
    Soooo many bugs, bathroom drain flies, each radiator is like a portal to the outside world so many centipedes spiders roaches everything from the outside comes in, including cold and hot hair. Heating bill is ridiculous
    Advice to owner:
    Secure your property and don't hire random
