Tenant Rights do no exist.
Pros
The size of the rooms & layout.
Cons
Too much Noise, too meddlesome, too arrogant.
Advice to the owners
●Tenants have legal rights. ● Heat should always be regulated according to the current temperature. ● You have a right to increase rent but how much notice & percentage is regulated by New York State. ● No noise from 10pm to 7am according to NYC noise mandate. ● Discontinue dumping other people's mail and going through their garbage every morning. ● Stop listening to your tenants conversations and monitoring their coming in & going out. It is not your business.
