    Pros:
    It was fine at first
    Cons:
    Things broke after a month, windows didn’t open, pests and roaches and the landlord has shut off the heat and refuses to make repairs along with a giant hole in the hallway ceiling. Avoid if you can
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t rent to anyone
