Some tenants are nightmarish, neighborhood is not good - you have bums living right next to you and screaming under your windows day and night. Insulation is horrible and you’ll hear all of your neighbors on the floor. AC is not working properly, it would blow hot air out of nowhere heating up your apartment back to 80 degrees and you’ll end with $250 electric bill.
