    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great building, newly redone interior & brand new appliances. Clean shared front patio, super lives two doors down and is very responsive. Only 3 units in building, so very quiet and nice neighbors. Very little complaints
    Cons:
    3rd floor unit can not control it's own heat.
