-Walls are ACTUALLY soundproof, have never heard my neighbors on the other side of me -Recently built -Laundry in unit -Gym and pool with nice common areas -Great doormen
-AC a little faulty -Gym could be a bit better stocked
-amazing doormen. So kind friendly and helpful -building management is responsive and proactive
-pool is not open in the morninb
