    Beautiful, quiet, well-managed condo

    Pros:
    -Walls are ACTUALLY soundproof, have never heard my neighbors on the other side of me
    -Recently built
    -Laundry in unit
    -Gym and pool with nice common areas
    -Great doormen
    Cons:
    -AC a little faulty
    -Gym could be a bit better stocked
