Great starter space if you’re new to the city
Pros
This is a home and the landlords live in the house but they also try and give you space, units are on the third floor and there’s a separate space in the basement for a living room and kitchen.
Cons
Since they are a family renting their spare rooms you need to be ok sharing the space with them and their family, also they ask that you not have overnight guests. There are 3 rooms for rent so you may also have roommates.
