    Management couldn't care less about their tenants

    Pros:
    Good Location, Dishwasher and central Air - Rooms are a nice size
    Cons:
    Management ignores any and all emails until you send about 10, and that's when there is a chance of damage to the property i.e. leaks- not when you say, "hey my oven isn't working" - which I took care of on my own.
    Advice to owner:
    Maybe pretend to care about your tenants? We don't ask for a lot.

    Pros:
    Good dishwasher and bathroom. Nice neighbors
    Cons:
    Horrible upkeep of apartment, mold in basement because trash is kept down there. Restaurant downstairs is loud if you face the backyard.
