    Pros:
    Clean, great super, apartment was nicely renovated for move in. Great sunlight and quiet neighbors.
    Cons:
    Ocean parkway can get loud with car noise. No laundry room.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up but laundry room would be superb!
