Great for the location and price

Pros

Very responsive management team! I have a back bedroom away from the street and have no sound whatsoever.

Cons

My apartment lacks a lot of natural sunlight which is the major letdown but that’s about it.

Advice to the owners

I think lowering the rent a tad as people transition out would help keep your apartments filled right now during Covid.
