    Elevators worked as usual

    The building is slowly starting to deteriorate

    maintenance don’t fix nothing

    i can see my car from the window
    Cons:
    the maintenance doesn’t fix nothing they tell you they will come back and they don’t the security guards are lazy people smoke in the hallways infestation of roaches elevators always not working the heat is barely on
    Advice to owner:
    get new security guards fix broken apartments get the heat fix hire better workers
