The entryway/stairwells are nicely renovated and very spacious. The finishings overall are very nice. The location is excellent.
Cons:
For a renovated building the walls are very thin. The appliances are expensive brands, but lack some basic features like a preheat indicator on the oven. No laundry in apartment.
