Apartment was constantly excessively humid and the walls had openings where rats and bedbugs could get in. Had to break the lease a month early because bedbugs came in from crack in the ceiling and completely infested the place.
Advice to owner:

Just so-so
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty close to the G train, nice hardwood, the maintenance men were alway kind and quick
Cons:
Heating was wild, the thermostat in mid January kept going up to the 80s. There wasn’t great pest control and cockroaches were everywhere no matter how much I cleaned
