    Amazing back yard
    Gym
    Laundry
    Only 4 units
    Cons:
    Thin walls
    Basement flooded twice in three years
    Advice to owner:
    Make sure the basement doesn’t flood again

    Overall nice place to live.

    Pros:
    Gym and laundry in building. Newly renovated.
    Cons:
    Need coins for laundry. Fire alarm broke and started leaking water in the hallway of the building, but was quickly fixed next day.
    Advice to owner:
    Offer coin exchange in building.
