    Unfriendly management, nice street

    Quiet street, only 3 units total
    Cons:
    Old building with creaky floors and no noise proofing - could hear neighbors walking around a lot. Management was unresponsive and mean at times. Heat issues in winter

    Had some heat issues but it was resolved
