The best thing about the building are the parking spaces if you can get one. Super convenient and it's fun to get to use a remote-controlled garage door. Floor-to-ceiling windows are lovely and make the tiny apartments bearable. Neighbors are nice. The landlords are very nice and do listen to requests. Super is very nice.
Cons:
Building is extremely damp. Leaks in ceiling. Ran a dehumidifier in the apt for over a month and had to dump out gallons of water (humidity was 80%+ when we moved in). There are a ton of small flies in the basement. Also have seen extensive black mold on the basement ceiling in about a 6' wide area that was painted over rather than remediated. There has been a hole in the lobby hallway wall next to the elevator that has been there for 6+ months that is covered by a painting. There was a homeless person living in the basement gym for a while, although they have been thrown out and the door codes changed. Garbage rooms are pretty dirty and never really fully cleaned.
Advice to owner:
Get more help with garbage removal and make sure the garbage rooms on each floor are better cleaned and maintained. Would be great to have a full-time maintenance person or people on duty, rather than part-time. The building seems like a lot to manage for one super.

“Luxury building”
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice exterior, modern inside, gym
Cons:
Packages get stolen, over priced, neighbors stuck up, get emails sent abt the heat needing to be on atleast 70 during winter for the whole building then heat bill is 500$. Over all not worth it.
Advice to owner:
Do better. Please.
