    Pros:
    Very nice and peaceful building
    Cons:
    The basement is loaded with all types of creatures, rats are running in and out of this building, termites, and whatever you could of imagine, please take care of all of these, because its really getting out of control.

    It's fairly quiet
    Cons:
    Major roach infestation throughout the entire building. The landlord, Area Management and Augustine Ayala have NEVER provided pest control inside or outside. There is so much visible black mold from the shoddy conversion/renovation back in 2018 and they still haven't done anything about it. HPD has issued violations for both and they have yet to rectify any of it. Horrible communication from management staff. Packages often stolen. There are security cameras to trick you into a false sense of security when none of them even work!!
    Advice to owner:
    Get your slumlord shit together, Augie!
