    Okay place to live, great location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The location is perfect, right in the heart of Williamsburg.
    The layout of the apts in the carriage are nice
    There's a nice grape vine out back
    The landlord is responsive in particular about heat or plumbing
    Cons:
    There's a roach problem
    Paper-thin walls, even across the hall
    Front building lock doesn't work properly
    The trash isn't kept off the sidewalk and many tenants just throw trash around
    The plumbing is very loud
    The radiators don't work well
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up the buildings and give renters specific places for trash and packages. And exterminate!
