    Pros:
    large open living room/kitchen space
    Cons:
    super dirty upon moving in, missing parts, holes in the floors allowing pests easy access in. landlord flaky in responding to tenant needs. never fixed the thermostat and we had no heat during the winter. and never replaced the smoke detector because “we don’t need it”
