    Nice spot, was great to have a backyard during covid

    Backyard, renovated, plenty of bathrooms, privacy
    Cons:
    No insulation, cold during winter if not using heater, 10 min from train, expensive nearby, no laundry

    It’s super quiet and cute, love the backyard!
    Cons:
    The housing could be upgraded but adding new appliances.
    Advice to owner:
    You’re the best landlord I’ve had!
