the shared courtyard, the price of rent, the landlord doesn’t ever come to the building, krista (who works at the office is amazing), the back house doesn’t have noise from the street, great location
it’s kinda falling apart, i feel like the owner doesn’t fix it because it allows him to keep the rent cheap, you can hear your neighbors a lot , the one bedrooms are very small
