    Cheap, Clean, Good area
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Never saw a bug, trash well taken care of, nice neighbors, accessible to trains, lot of light, super clean, things get fixed ASAP, very nice management company
    Cons:
    Noise levels from the Main Street can be loud (air conditioner blocks the sound usually)
