The only positive thing I can say is that it's located in a great spot in the neighborhood and the rooms are big for NYC.
Cons:
Where to begin? This apartment flooded numerous times with sewage water...yes sewage - not rain water. The property manager is absolutely useless with 0 help. We had to go out of our way and out of pocket to hire plumbers because we were in several emergency situations. We had an insane amount of loss and damages to our belongings. The management was barely willing to help us in any sense. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Please save your time, money, and mental health by avoiding this apartment. The courtyard you walk through seems nice at first but it's completely unkept and is absolutely infested with rats. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid...please avoid. There are so many better options.
Advice to owner:
FIX THIS APARTMENT.

Worst apartment building management i’ve had
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros for this building
Cons:
This street is extremely loud, there are flies in the hallways throughout the summer and in the winter it always smells like dead rat and we can’t ever figure out where the smell comes from. We got a set of table with 4 chairs for the backyard that got stolen, told the manager and they were non responsive about the issue, i asked to check footage of the camera and they said “none of the cameras we have are real”. A year later 3 pair of shoes in front of our apartment got stolen and again management was non responsive. Overall worst buolding management, the building is always dirty and sanitation keep leaving tickets in the mailbox and it seems management doesn’t care. The front door glass is cracked. They also have raised the rent $300 every year we have lived in it, for no reason, the building is disgusting. Neighbors also leaving obstructive things in front if stairs that may be hazardous, there is also water dripping from the ceilings inside when it rains
